About

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is a first-person, action-adventure game set in the never-before-seen Western Frontier of Pandora. Abducted by the human militaristic corporation known as the RDA, you, a Na’vi, were trained and molded to serve their purpose. Fifteen years later, you are free, but find yourself a stranger in your birthplace. Reconnect with your lost heritage, discover what it truly means to be Na'vi, and join other clans to protect Pandora from the RDA.

The rush of emotion (I know I’m not the only one) that I felt when walking out from the RDA facility you open into, into the forest of Pandora was immense. I have never felt so homesick for a place I have never, and will never go to. It’s the first game I have taken beauty shots of the environment purely because I think it’s gorgeous rather than its meme potential haha. There’s so much to do in this open world, and it’s easily trackable through 3 lists. This satisfies the control freak in me :))) The only thing I hated was the memory paintings - WHY? Every time I completed it while trying to 100% the game I wanted to turn the game off. DISCLAIMER: this task wasn’t actually that bad, I just personally hated it so much. It doesn’t affect the main gameplay at all don’t worry.

This was the first game I ever played to 100%. Nothing compares to the sweet sound of an arrow thudding into the vent of an RDA Mech-suit, or to soaring on an ikran over the many biomes of pandora, it’s wing skimming the water majestically as wildlife scatters on the shore to escape the certain death that you bring. Learning about the cultures of the various tribes, including my own was amazing, each people group (or Na’vi group ig), was distinct and inspiring. The most fun you can have is sneaking through RDA based and blowing everything up while cleansing the environment 🙃
